From the sandy beaches along the coast to the amusement parks of Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, Orange County in Southern California provides its 3 million residents with an abundance of activities. Finding the right party spot for your teen won't be difficult -- if you can narrow it down to a specific type of venue.

Active Venues

Most teens are full of energy and excitement and would thrive at a party venue that provides plenty of activity. Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Anaheim is a large room with wall-to-wall trampolines. It will host a party for you, providing a staff person for assistance, a private room, pizza and open jump time. Holiday Skate Center in Orange is another option offering party packages that would suit teens. It features a deejay playing your teen's favorite music, private or split skating sessions, a party table and prize giveaways. The Aliso Viejo Ice Palace in Aliso Viejo will also host your party offering group packages including either broomball or ice skating.

Game Centers

With locations in Anaheim and Irvine, K1 Speed will host your teen party. It has indoor go-kart tracks that will give your racing enthusiasts a thrill. The karts have built-in safety features such as three-point belts and full-frame bumpers ensuring a safe ride for racers. Dave and Busters, in Orange, is another option. It has a large selection of interactive video games, billiards, air hockey and shuffleboard. Party packages include unlimited soft drinks, access to games and food from a family style menu or buffet. In Mission Viejo, you can take your party to Laser Quest. This indoor laser tag arena will provide a party package for teens including free game coupons for your next visit, a private party room and two laser tag games.

Beach Party

If you're in Orange County, then you have access to many beaches that would be ideal for a teen party. The city of Laguna Beach has one of the more popular beaches known as Main Beach. It has picnic areas, volleyball nets, tide pools and plenty of space for football games or Frisbee. State Beach in Huntington Beach has fire rings, volleyball nets and great waves for surfing. Balboa Beach in Balboa is on an island just off the coast of Newport Beach. Your teen party can take a ferry across and set up in areas that have barbecue grills, white sand and plenty of good surfing spots.

Tasty Options

Mission Viejo is home to Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour, which claims to have an unmatched party experience.
