This particular location is just for donors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who can make a commitment to visiting the location once a week for six months. You must have a bachelor's degree or be actively seeking one. The bank accepts sperm donations Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The extensive application process requires personal and family medical history, screening for genetic and infectious diseases, and a final information form that includes topics such as school grade point average, interests, awards and hobbies.
